STRIKEOUT!!!

Can’t get any simpler that this exercise! Strike out the ones you’ve completed and a little explanation of the one’s you’ve not.

I was nominated by fitness grad: a great blog to follow which I have been finding  very inspirational and informative.   Thank you for nominating me and I’ll try not to disappoint.  So here we go:

Kissed someone – well I am over the age of 12…

Smoked a cigarette– I will admit to the odd (very odd) cigar with a glass of scotch on the patio under the stars

Got so drunk you passed out- Not exactly passed out.  I mean I fell asleep but woke up if needed…

Gone to a rock concert– The Monkees count right?  I mean that was rock back in 1985…

Helped someone–  of course I have and do it all the time as a first responder.

Gone fishing– Used to go all the time when I was younger.

Watched 4 movies in one night– Oh I can marathon with the best of them.

Lied to someone–Sometimes it has to be done.

Failed a subject – nope.  Doesn’t count if I drop the class first.

Been in a car accident–The best ones were when I wasn’t driving I’ll have you know.

Been in a tsunami-And I don’t plan on that changing any time soon.

Watched someone die, including pets– Not something I want to think about.

Been to a funeral– An inevitability unfortunately.

Burned yourself– A few times.  All minor.

Run a marathon– One down.  An ultra attempt in a few days and another marathon in about a month.

Spent over a thousand dollars in a day – does it count if it’s all electronic?  If it does, then mortgage fits that bill

Flown on an airplane – love to fly

Written a 18 page letter (Front and back)- I don’t think I have that much to say.

Gone skiing– Cross country but haven’t gone in years.

Lost someone you loved – we all lose our loved ones sometime

Got into trouble for something you didn’t do – or wouldn’t admit to doing…

Stolen a book from the library- nope.

Gone to a different country– United States, Cuba, and Bahamas

Gambled in a casino– Tried it a couple of times but I’d rather keep my cash.

Been in a school play – I used to love doing plays.

Taken a lie detector test- Not high on my list of things to do

Voted for someone on a reality TV show- Ugh I can’t even watch those things.

Read more than 20 books in a year – I think so.  I don’t really keep track.

Gone to Europe- Definitely on the list.

Had a surgery– I’ve had a few.  Nothing major thankfully.

Had Stitches– Oh ya!

Ridden a tuk-tuk (autorickshaw)- No and I don’t think I’d want to have someone drag my ass around.

Had more than 5 IM messages going all at once – it really reinforces the importance of checking who you’re sending to

Been in a fist fight– A few.  I try to avoid them as much as possible.

Suffered any form of abuse– Yup.

Had a pet– Dogs, cats, horses, chickens, gerbils, fish, turtles, and a goat names Patrick

Petted a wild animal – I try to let wild animals be but I have handled snakes, helped birds, and was attacked by injured deer…twice

Had your own credit card and bought something with it –  Bought lots of things with it 😦

Dyed your hair– Red, pink, blue and black.  Not at the same time.

Got a tattoo– Several

Had something pierced– A few

Got a straight A– what can I say?  I’m a nerd.

Taken pictures with a webcam– no actually

Caught people in the act of coitus– AWKWARD

Gone to sleep with music on– I try not to make it a habit.

Dreamed of you making out with a celebrity – no.
